- Are my card details secure?
Yes, we only take the contact details required to secure your order. You will be re-directed to Sagepay to make a payment. This website does not store any card information.
- What happens when I submit my order?
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and the details of the goods you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and not an acceptance of your order. If you do not have this email and want to check your order is placed then please call 0845 217 9917.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, we accept your order 7days after the date of order or when the goods are delivered, whichever is earlier.
- When will I get my order?
Orders are normally shipped next day and delivered the following day, if you require a timed delivery by 09.00, 10.00 or 12.00 or Saturday delivery please call us on 0845 217 9917 or email [email protected] and we can arrange this service at an extra charge. We cannot deliver to PO Box address and please remember, our deliveries do require a signature.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days and have not heard from us regarding a delay to your order, then please give Store a call on 0845 217 9917 and we will look into this for you with our courier.
- Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within the United Kingdom (Outer Islands incurr an extra charge) our standard mainland delivery scale of charges apply which will automatically be added to the product totals at the check out.
If you live in a country not listed above and would still like to place an order, then you can e-mail Store at [email protected] with your wish list and the country of destination and we can obtain a delivery quote for you.
- What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an item to us as it is unsuitable, we can either arrange a courier collection for the item which is charged at £xx xx to be deducted from the refund amount, or you can return the item to us yourself at: Maker & Company Limited
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition, and please remember to include your order confirmation number inside the parcel.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives defective, then do let us know by calling us on 0845 217 9917 and we can arrange for a collection and redelivery to take place at no charge. If there is visible damage to the outer parcel please sign 'outer damaged' below your signature.
